Tor. I'm going to invent some company Hypos, and I want you to tell me if you think they might have to worry about having health data or using it under these new state health laws or the FCC Act, et cetera. I have two young kids. There's a lot of new parent services out there. There's online courses. Let's try that. I signed up for this really cool parenting course online, and to get me directed to the right playlist of content, the producer of the course asked us all kinds of questions, including stuff about our own health, postpartum depression, anxiety, generally sleep problems, actual physical injuries, things like that, or those of your children, like you children.

I am done. You have to worry. You need to be asking yourself your question, all right? That's right. So a really important thing to consider is the state consumer privacy laws. The general ones have thresholds. So if you're a startup, there are questions about how many individuals personal information are you processing? What are your revenues? In contrast, the consumer specific laws don't have those thresholds. So even baby startups need to be asking that question about, is there any of this health information? That's really important. And I wanted to make sure we covered that today. It's almost hard, Adam, to come up with a startup that doesn't have a health related question to be asking themselves.

I'm sure you can do it, but once you start collecting any information from individuals, you need to think about these broad definitions and any of it related to bodily functions and measurements or medications. So it's almost harder to do the reverse of what you're doing, I'd argue today.

So pretty much any retail store that might touch on health because the fact that you sold them the Ibuprofen or whatever, or like the Ace bandage I just bought off the local heart.

Or you're going to your gym and they take your BMI before you start on your personal training campaign.

Or like those clothing fashion app you put in your profile and they send you something every month and you can send it all that stuff, your potential.

And honestly, the whole nother topic is what is biometric information? And do I need to be worried about potentially collecting biometric information when you think about those apps?

Okay, let's put off Biometrics for another interview question. That's a whole nother thing, isn't it?
