We help lawyers create engaging educational content that makes it easier to communicate complex ideas. We offer three services: (1) custom educational legal content, (2) legal content creation training and support for lawyers and organizations, and (3) short-form legal video and content libraries (Briefly On Demand).
This Privacy Notice explains how information about you that directly identifies you, or that makes you identifiable (“personal information”), is collected, used, and disclosed by Briefly in connection with the Briefly websites and platforms that post or link to this Privacy Notice, including https://www.brieflynow.com and related service platforms (collectively, the “Site”), and the services offered in connection with the Site (collectively with the Site, the “Service”).
This Privacy Notice applies when Briefly acts as a data controller with respect to personal information collected through our Site and marketing activities. Where Briefly processes personal information on behalf of its customers in connection with the Service (“Customer Data”), Briefly acts as a data processor and processes such data solely in accordance with customer instructions and applicable agreements. In connection with Briefly On Demand, customers may provide limited personal information about their employees or authorized users, such as email addresses and, in some cases, names and job titles (“Customer Data”), for the purpose of granting access to the Service.

Briefly uses third-party service providers and subprocessors to support the operation of the Service, including hosting, authentication, analytics, storage, and reporting. These subprocessors may include platforms such as Memberstack, Airtable, Webflow, Klaviyo and similar providers.
Subprocessors are engaged pursuant to contractual obligations that include appropriate confidentiality and data protection requirements. Briefly selects service providers that maintain established security programs and industry-recognized certifications where applicable.
4. Cookies and Analytics
Briefly and its service providers may use cookies and similar technologies to collect information about usage of the Site, such as IP address, browser type, device information, and pages visited. This information is used to operate and improve the Site, understand usage trends, and support business-to-business analytics.
Briefly does not use Customer Data for behavioral advertising or consumer profiling and does not engage in cross-site or cross-device tracking of Customer Data.
