And Shannon, can you talk a bit about the CPRA? Because I understand the CCPA has been updated to some degree. Is that right?

Yeah, that's right. So the California Privacy Rights Act expanded the CCPA, and that went into effect in January of 2023. And the most important part of the CPRA is that it draws into the CCPA employee data, which was previously carved out, and B to B data, which was also previously carved out. So we've seen in the last months, since the CPRA has gone into effect, companies updating, putting in place for the first time employee privacy notices and then explaining to employees that they have these rights to access their data, to delete their data, to have it corrected. So that's been a pretty heavy lift from an admin perspective for a lot of organizations to ensure that they sort of uplift their CCPA compliance programs, to ensure that they apply to employee data and B to B data.

And is the B two B data sort of like things like, for example, a lead list of potential customers and contacts of those companies with their email addresses and phone numbers, things like that?

Yeah, that's right. Think about your CRM system, everything in salesforce, all that data that might have been previously carved out if you're a B to B company. Now, organizations that have that kind of data really have to think about how they're collecting it. Have they presented notices, privacy notices, to those people? Are they extending individual rights to all those people? So it really expanded the CCPA in a significant way.
