To breach means to violate a contract. It means to fail to perform something that you promised to do or to do something that you promised not to do. So it's the, the bad behavior. Except the reality is the contract law isn't very judgmental. You know, sometimes you breach and it's looked at as a terrible thing, and sometimes you breach and looked at it's looked at as understandable, but you still might have to compensate the other party for something. But you've broken the conditions of the contract.
